Neurology:太低的LDL膽固醇可能會增加出血性中風的風險

細胞乙酰化的輻射增敏研究取得進展
組蛋白乙酰化是表觀遺傳修飾的重要方式之一。腫瘤的產生與組蛋白乙酰化與去乙酰化的調控失衡關系密切,而組蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制劑(histone deacetylase inhibit,HDACi)可以改變乙酰化調控的失衡狀態,提高細胞乙酰化水平,抑制腫瘤細胞的增殖和轉移。目前,研究人員紛紛嘗試將HDACi用于輻射增敏研究,普遍認為經HDACi預處理的細胞乙酰化水平越高,輻射敏感性越強,但目前該研究僅限于不同劑量HDACi對細胞輻射敏感性的影響,對HDACi預處理時間的影響尚未見報道。[查看]
