歷經(jīng)70年,為何我們無法造出持續(xù)有效的流感疫苗?

中國政府發(fā)布史上最嚴厲禁煙草案
中國政府發(fā)布了公共場所禁止吸煙的草案,一旦實施,將會是中國至今最嚴厲的禁煙條例。 《公共場所煙草控制管理辦法》由衛(wèi)生局,國家衛(wèi)生與計劃生育管理委員會制定,對多個室內(nèi)外的公共場所做出了禁止吸煙的規(guī)定,其中包括體育場館,公共汽車,火車候車廳等。《辦法》還強調(diào)煙草產(chǎn)品包裝中提示吸煙有害健康的信息要至少覆蓋一半以上。這個要求要比世界衛(wèi)生組織提出的65%要少一點,但是多于現(xiàn)下煙草產(chǎn)品的警示語。 草案禁止一切煙草類廣告,促進類活動,倡議活動等,禁止向18歲以下人群出售煙草。 中國占有全世界35%的吸煙人群(約3.5億)。[查看]

中國企業(yè)收到FDA警告信5大原因
美國食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局(FDA)警告信是給予違反美國《食品、藥品和化妝品法案》的企業(yè)或個人的第一官方告知書。FDA檢查官員對醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)質(zhì)量保證體系進行現(xiàn)場檢查,并以483表的形式要求企業(yè)解釋檢查中出現(xiàn)的問題。若得不到滿意的解釋,即發(fā)出警告信,意味著FDA將拒絕此企業(yè)產(chǎn)品進入美國市場,并且建議不批準(zhǔn)所有使用此企業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的新藥申請。 我國企業(yè)收到警告信的主要原因有如下幾點。 1、人員和培訓(xùn) 質(zhì)量保證部門和質(zhì)量控制部門負責(zé)人學(xué)歷、經(jīng)驗不足,或與從事的工作不符,沒有經(jīng)過相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn),不能滿足生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量保證的需要[查看]

全球轉(zhuǎn)基因種植已1.8億公頃

PNAS:中國學(xué)者繪制全球首個青稞基因組圖譜
